We show up the morning we said we would, nail it to manufacturer spec, sweep the yard twice, and text your production manager the photo set before we pull off.

- Deck inspection and re-nail; rot flagged and priced before we cover it
- Synthetic underlayment, ice & water at valleys, eaves and penetrations
- Drip edge, starter course, pipe boots and flashing set
- Field shingles to manufacturer nail pattern — 6-nail on steep and high-wind
- Ridge vent, ridge cap and turtle vents
- Double magnet sweep of the yard, drive and street
- Dumpster dropped, loaded and hauled off — the tear-off leaves with us
- Site left broom-clean, driveway and street included
- Before / during / after photo set texted at close-out

Send the address, square count, pitch, layers and material list the afternoon before. You get a yes or no within two hours.
Photos before anything moves
The crew lead checks material staging and shoots the roof and the yard before the first shingle comes off.
Down to clean deck
All layers off, deck swept, soft or rotted sheathing flagged with a photo and a price before we cover it.
Nothing left open overnight
Underlayment, ice & water and flashing go down the same day the deck is exposed. Weather calls get made early, not at 3pm.
To manufacturer pattern
Correct nail placement, correct exposure, correct course offset. The lead spot-checks each slope before moving to the next.
Swept, loaded, documented
Two magnet passes, dumpster hauled off, and the full photo set sent to your production manager before the trailer leaves.
